All sellers are now on MP, so payment is not instant like paypal, it can take several days for payment to be sent to sellers bank account.
But they should still post item when you have paid.
You can open item not received case 1 day after estimated delivery date, escalate 3 days later,
leave appropriate feedback, do not mention ebay or refund.
