Why have I been charged an insertion fee?

I re-advertised a coin I wished to auction.  The initial insertion and photos were free of charge but when I re-advertised it because it had not sold I was charged .35p for the insertion.  Why, please.   Andy  (The Ebay no is 132196155885)

and that listing is a 3 day listing so it isn't included in the extra free listing offer,

so you were charged 35p to list it.
