Why has my well worn footwear listing been closed?

I’ve had several listings for well worn shoes closed .
They were worn and had natural age marks, scruffs and discolouration which is a part of ageing process . I have uploaded very clear pictures to show their condition and have not modelled any of them or shown any feet in any of the pics so I’m confused as to why they were taken off?

Sellers are allowed to sell shoes that are "used" 

They need to be clean and hygenic

There is no section for very well used and it is obvious your listings are pointed for a particular market

Your items have been reported and if the other items you have listed are reported too then ebay may not only remove the items but remove you from ebay too.

Not good when you have only been a member for two days

If you want to sell on ebay then you need to read the rules and follow them

Your listings are aimed at the fetish market as clearly illustrated by the main selling point 'well worn' eBay will eventually close your account as you keep listing.

And contrary to what you claim, you have shown feet.

Ebay allows sellers to sell well worn shoes ! That’s the point so you point about not being justified in selling them is pointless papso!

But they don't allow it, which is why your listings were removed. You knew exactly what you were doing when you listed them, and exactly what sort of customer you were aiming at. There must be other outlets for the fetish market, whatever the item is, use them.

Thats not how eBay works. They rely on members reports and don't police the site themselves.

Well when my shoes are well worn i bin therm like 99.9% of people, i never think oh good idea ill sell them on ebay, it wont be long before the pervs are sending you disgusting messages, we see it on here all the time from members attracting the wrong sort of weirdo because they are selling well worn something or other, to put well worn in the description you know exactly what your doing.

If Ebay have Removed the Listings there is nothing you can do. They won't let you Relist them.

Well they should give a specific reason not a list of possible reason , well worn shoes are not prohibited items . I’ve seen plenty of these listings so I’m trying to work out exactly why mine were closed and I’ve not received a helpful answer yet but thanks

Because they are targeted at the fetish market. Nobody wants 'well worn shoes' unless they are looking for a fetish pair. Your faux outrage is wasted on eBay, you cannot list these items and it you continue to do so your account will end up being indefinitely restricted (all all accounts that eBay can link to you, housemates, friends, family etc).

If you take the phrase 'well worn' out of the title you'll be able to list them, but nobody else will buy them.

My idea of fetish shoes are the extremely high heeled and platform types in pvc but thanks for your advice . My account is frozen so I can’t change the titles !

btw I wasn’t outraged was confused as to know the exact reasons why. When you go on ebay you see hundreds of listings and they give you the option to (list similar items)!

There may be hundreds of listings but ebay rely on other members to report items

That does not mean to say that they are allowed on ebay.

There is a report link on every listing

Yours were reported and others have not been reported yet.

You've got 3 pairs still listed, one looks like a new listing

Ebay will probably remove those if you don't, and may well sanction your account

I would advise you to end & remove your two remaining listings as if reported they could result in you beong banned from eBay
