Why does eBay remove items?

It is ebays site and if items go against the ebay policy then they will remove them

They rely on members reporting and there is a reportlink on every listing

At the moment they are removing all items connected with the Covid 19 virus unless they are approved business seller

That is for price gouging but all the information can be read at the top of the page in the green box

Other items can be removed under the Vero programme at the bottom of the page
