Why can't leave follow up feedback?

I have tried several times to leave follow up feedback following the usual proceedure

on the feedback forum. However each time I do this it does not register under the

feedback already left. Anyone have any ideas why this is happening?

You only get the opportunity to leave one comment after the original, any more wouldn't register.

Are you possibly out of time, you get 60 days from close of sale to leave feedback.

Hi tara*teller, thank you for your reply. No I am still within the 60 day time frame and have not left any other feedback other than the original which is why I am baffled!!
