Why can’t I receive money on ebay directly to PayPal and not a bank account or card?

I would like to receive money from the buyer directly to my PayPal account and not my bank account or card. Is there a way of making this happen? Or is PayPal just used for checkout?

Sellers are now having to use ebay  managed payments

Ebay take payment from your buyers and once fees have been taken they pay the remainder into your bank

You can not go back to paypal 

It is not instant like paypal and can take a few days to reach your bank depending on what option you choose

If you dont accept MP then you can not sell

If you updated your details to managed payments when ebay told you did

did you not think to read the Terms and conditions of what giving your bank details to ebay entailed?.

It is most important to read them

I read them but I was sure that you couldn’t get money with PayPal. I was just wondering if there was a way of doing so

No there is no way round it. Your buyers can still pay by paypal but they pay to ebay. We are all in the same boat
