If you just put reborn dolls into the search bar 21, 000 dolls pop up! So yours which I can see listed by clicking on your listings, will be there, but depending how people search, nearest first, newly listed, etc that will determine where yours will appear.
Of course, if they put in the full title the same way you have, it will be near the top too.
