Who pays postage for change of mind?

I sold a new item on a listing where returns are not accepted. Customer has asked if they can change their mind and return for refund. 

If I accept and it's returned in the same condition can I keep the outgoing postage fee from the refund?

NO. Buyer pays return postage but you have to make a full refund. Once a case is open you will find that the only option is a full refund, but you do get the selling fee refunded. If you were able to do a part return you would still pay the selling fee.

What is the point of having No Returns if you then accept a return?

Confirmed the item is still in new and sellable condition. Just thought I'd be nice. But thought maybe they could forego the outbound postage in these circumstances. No bother if not. I'm still a nice guy 👍
