Who is the carrier in UK when the order is coming from USA with Gobal Shipping Programme?

Dear eBay users,
I ordered a shoe from US, the seller sent it with using Global Shipping Programe. I am on holiday abroad, nobody is at home, but on ebay the order status is delivered. I can't see any information which company did the delivery service, so I can not call them to ensure what happened with the parcel. I though it will be delivered by Royal Mail, but as no information provided I am out of idea what to do. The only thing I see is the parcel arrived to Waltham cross service centre but mo company name included. My question is how could I follow up where is my parcel? Or if is delivered who did they delivered for as I am not home. I just moved to my current address don't know the neighbours so hoping my parcel is not delivered to someone I don't know.
Any idea and similar experience with sokution would be helpful.
