Who do I report eBay to for knowingly selling counterfeit goods?

I have been reporting listing selling counterfeit items on eBay for over a year now and yet the items never seem to be removed.

There is no question that the items are fake because although the title might say "Official Sony Dualshock Controller" if you look further down the listing you are told that the product is not actually Sony and is actually an unbranded product, despite this eBay seem perfectly happy to continue selling the items.

There are hundreds if not thousands of fake controllers listed as official Sony products and the biggest give away is the price. You pay upwards of £40 in a store for these controllers and you cannot even buy them from Sony for less than £30 each and even then you had best be purchasing 10,000 of them or more.

There must be a way to report eBay for knowingly selling these illegal products?

Trouble is Ebay may think you are just  Competitor. There is nothing else you can do.

As ebay sell nothing you can't report them for selling fakes. The only person that ebay would take any notice of is Sony.

It is up to buyers to use the Money Back Guarantee to get a refund. If done properly this is expensive for the seller, but so long as an item is cheap and works most buyers don't care.
