Where to complain?

Hi where can i complain in ebay as the articles is not helpful. It's really annoying that you can't contact or there is no ebay customer care.

I bought a screen protector but the seller sent me the wrong one. I already
opened it and put on my phone screen. It wasn't my fault and it's them
fault sending me the wrong one. If I would knew they'd sent me the wrong
size I wouldn't have took my old screen protector. I already sent me the
pic and told them about the situation. They said they mistakenly sent the
wrong size and sent back the item unused!!! The seller want to give £5
voucher meanwhile but I don't want any vouchers I just want my refund back.
And can't see any customer care services just only the **bleep**e articles.

sorry, but you can only get a refund if you return the item, you should have checked it was the right one BEFORE putting it on your phone, ebay can only enforce a refund on the return of the item.

Shall I return the opened item to them? I am sure it will break if I try to
take it out from the screen?
