How come the Ebay customer service line can not be Answering. ..where are they when you need them...I have paid the seller through Bank Transfer he asked for and after received the money he did not send the item neither marked the item PAID and leaving me a painful stress ....I called the Ebay telephone number that I normally call but the voice recorder kept telling me to go online. .I ve been online resolution for help but as the item still remain unpaid would not allowed me to send my complain. ..neither the help center. ..my money is gone the item did not send and still remains Unpaid item..no help to get through Ebay Customer Care...Any help from anyone?
