Where do i put tracking details

Hi i have posted out a item today
But not sure if i have to give tracking details or not ,as i posted it second class signed for, so i dont think there is a tracking number on this receipt, can you help me please jane

Hi

If you sent it 2nd class signed for then there should be a tracking number on your receipt that usually ends with GB

If you did not pay for a tracked service then look on your postage receipt and there should be a 16 digit bar code if you boxed and wrapped up the vase well. 

IF you have a tracking number OR the 16 digit bar code then go to more actions to the right of your sold item.  This is a drop down bar where you mark the item as despatched and also add the tracking number.

Use a PC/Laptop to access full details ... not an App/mobile.

Look at and read the proof of postage, the tracking number is fairly obvious. When you mark as dispatched, right next to it is add tracking. The number is Two Letters followed by 9 numbers and ends in GB.

When you add tracking it automatically marks as dispatched.

Not entering the tracking defeats the object of paying extra for Signed For.
