Where do I find the seller's prepaid return label ?

I need to return an item which was not as described. The seller says she has provided a prepaid return postage label but I can't find this. Where would I find the prepaid return label ?

Thank you very much for your reply. Unfortunately I can't find 'case details'. I wonder if this might be because the seller has already refunded this purchase, trusting me to return it (which I'm trying to do but can't find any return label)?

As you have refund, ebay close case & label not available, they assume seller does not want item back. Politely message seller & say happy to return item if they supply label or money to cover postage, upto them what to do.
