When you’ve cancelled a return to seller by accident

I've sent the item back, signed for, but cancelled the return request as it wouldn't let me put a tracking number on it, as requested by seller. Do sellers need this, even though I've sent it as a private message with the tracking number on? 
eBay will not let me do another return as I've cancelled the last one.

If you downloaded the Returns Label through the Case the Tracking does autofill into the Case. Ebay Track it and Refund the Buyer if the Seller doesn't, once the Tracking Confirms Delivery. 

You cannot open another EBay Case. You can try opening one with PayPal if you Paid that way.  You have 180 days Buyer Protection. Log in and find Resolve a Problem down the left hand side.
