When a parcel is returned using the printed label, who pays for the postage?

I returned an item that wasn't as described.  Seller agreed return & refund.  I took it to the local PO and it is now on the way back.  Who will be charged for the postage please?

If you opened a case for not-as-described then the seller is paying for the return.
