Hello,

Has anyone out there had asimilar problem? I purchased an item on eay and when it arrived it did not match the description. The seller sent a pre paid postage label and said there was no problem in sending it back. I went to the post office who said the postage label was out of date. Seller said dont worry "stick it in the post box it will get here" That means i wont have proof of postage and if it doesnt arrive i lose all my money. What should I do?

For your own security it is always a good idea to open the correct and appropriate (Not as described ?) case and follow through to completion ... If you haven't already done so and the seller is being unhelpful, open a suitable eBay case and follow the instructions carefully through to completion >
