What is abusive?

"load of rubbish...I thought it was cm not mm. My bad. But why sell mm?"
Why is that to offensive?
eBay will not let me leave bad feedback.

You are absolutely fine. Cm is centimeters and mm is millimeters which are much smaller.

A seller can sell in what format they want to mooha1. If the listing says mm and you thought it was cm then unfortunately that is your mistake. If the listing says mm instead of cm for an item then that does not justify bad feedback. If you have purchased from a power seller/Top rated sell then you will not be allowed to leave any bad feedback for 7 days to give the seller a chance to rectify any issue. If this is a recent purchase and the seller is a Business seller then you can return the item for a refund. To do this go to More Actions to the right of your purchased item.

Just as well that ebay would not allow it. It is a bit much wanting to give a seller negative feedback because of YOUR mistake.
