Seems all of a sudden Ebay have turned their back on sellers. Buyers now seem to be able to do no wrong.
Buyers can bid and win items and then cancel the sale.
Sellers can no longer open unpaid item cases.
I've had two items this week where the buyer has bid then several days later won the item just to decided they dont want it.????
If you get your buyer an unpaid strike they can do two things -
Report the false positive you left them as serious feedback abuse and appeal the strike.
The false positive can seriously damage your account.
Ebay have a new better system for non payers
If you have a non payer ebay remind them and if they still dont pay then either ebay cancel the sale and return your fees or you can cancel it.
The non payer gets a strike on their account.
Too many and they will not be able to buy off many sellers.
