What does "eBay Europe Sarl Pre-approved Payment " mean? It appears on my PayPal statement.
Its your seller fees...ebay's commission
You seem to be trading as a business but not registered,
you must have set up paypal as the funding source for your fees
ebay Europe sarl, is where you pay your fees.
That's payment for your ebay seller fees.
