We have a classified account and now unable to sell auction items

So we've had an ebay account for years with classified account alongside for our used car business, only since ive updated the app I cant upload items in an auction or buy it now style form, this is what comes up 

Can anbody Help?

Have you actually signed up to managed payments?

with managed payments you can only sell vehicles via a classified ad - no BIN or auction.

It’s not letting me sell as classified ad also!
