You should go for a refund. Have you opened a Not As Described Case?
While the case allows for a replacement, if there is anything wrong with the replacement, then you are stuck. You only get one case per purchase and you will have used it, so nothing further you would be able to do.
Far better to get a refund and buy again.
Why did you return it?.
You open a return request if it was a change of mind return in the resolution centre at the bottom of the page.
If it was not as described then you open a not as described dispute
You should have done this in the first place as all problems are done that way
You put in the tracking or 16 digit code from your post office receipt of the returned item
The seller should refund in full of the original price
Follow the instructions carefully as you have to go back and escalate if the seller does not deal witht the problem
