Waiting for payment with managed payments

Has anyone else realised that with managed payments, you can't get hold of your money until a few days after point of sale?

But, we are still expected to post immediately, ie. before wev'e even been paid!

My sales since Wednesday are not even showing as pending in my bank account.

Absolutely ridiculous.
