If it was not addressed to you then you can give it back to Royal Mail or the courier
If it is addressed to you then you dont have to do anything just wait and see what happens
If it is a returned item to a seller then report to ebay

Some overseas sellers are using anyones address for returns because they have uK on thier listings but are not in the UK
