As per subject line.
ebay don't 'allow' wanted ads, they are against ebays rules,
but ebay can't stop them so they rely on members reporting them,
to do this use the report link on the item and chose:-

I'm sorry, but I have no idea what you're asking about.
What "Wanted" ads are these? I've never seen one.
Searched WANTED and there seem to be a number, for example PRODUCT TESTERS WANTED.
Very difficult to find a simple reason for reporting although I have I doubt anything will happen. The thing about this one is they are not even registered as a Business.
What are these? Don't believe I've ever seen one. What are they advertisiing?
eBay have over 112 million items listed at any one time, so cannot police the site themselves, and rely on members to report anything that might be breaking their selling regulations.
There is a report button on every listing, and as you can appreciate it must take more than one report, from different members, for them to act. To discount a disgruntled member , or even a competitor.
I guess that they've not been picked up or reported.
Can't say I've ever seen a 'wanted' ad on eBay, what kind of item are you searching for?
