Hi, why can’t I view my previous purchases. If I get into my eBay and click on purchases it comes as system error. Please help. Thank you.
What device are you using? If the hopeless app, or mobile browser, then switch to a desktop browser, Firefox and Chrome are eBay friendly.
Then, make sure top left of the Purchase History page, Not Hidden is selected.
