Hi
I've taken a break from using my business eBay account and haven't sold on it for 3 years.
It is a well established account with 1000's feedback and has done £10,000's in orders in the past.
It asked me register for eBay Payments (booo) and I set everything up.
Now it is saying the account has new seller limits of 10 items / £750.
I appreciate the account has not been used for a while but this seems strange? I have spoken to an agent on live chat and they said it states the seller account was only registered for the first time yesterday! So what happened to all of my selling history?
If anyone has any ideas on this, would be great to hear them. Is there a certain time period you have to keep the account active before this happens and you have to start all over again?
