I have to verify my debit card (which has been on file with both eBay and PayPal for time, now eBay want me to verify it, so I only need to fill in the security code as everything else is done. When I click on Verify it wants me to re-enter my security codeand to review my billing address. They need this to verify this is an authorised use of your card.
On doing it the second time and being directed to my online account and confirming with my bank that is correct, on coming back to ebay I get "The information that you're about to submit is not secure. I get the choice of going back or send anyway (which doesn't work), so I can only go back which basically means I can't verify my card
