Why are customers who agree a price including vat being charged extra vat when buying from a UK registered company / seller ???
Looks like you bought from a Chinese Seller who Ships from a Fulfilment Centre in Dunstable. You were charged the VAT because he is Registered Abroad. I don't follow why you got charged twice though?
