VAT Flat Rate Scheme UK to EU What % do I use in listings

Hi

If you're on the flat rate VAT scheme at 7.5% do I put that figure in the VAT field on eBay listings instead of 20%?

For example an item sold for £500 to a buyer in Spain. eBay paid me £416.66 which is the net amount excluding VAT. eBay have collected the VAT at 20%.

Sorry if a dumb question, but should I change the listings to 7.5% so I'm paying the correct amount?
