Hi I have a l item I have sold but the buyer is telling me there is a message coming up every time he goes to pay saying seller is currently not accepting payment can you help please as I don't know how to fix this ?
You do not appear to be on Managed Payments, if so you cannot be paid.
Haven't you received reminders from ebay that unless you give the information needed you won't be able to sell as there will be no means for you to get paid.
