I have had a bid for a weeks accommodation accepted. The seller wants me to send a copy of ID and 2 utility bills and the full payment within 48 hours. This seems a little fishy to me. Any thoughts?
If you have doubts, go with your feelings. I would not feel comfortable either paying a complete stranger for something I hadn't seen.
