I purchased two pairs of shorts from the same seller, they were processed as two separate orders even though came together. Because of this, when I start a return I have to do separately two royal mail charges which isnt worth doing. I want to send them back together myself with my own carrier which I can do at work cheaply, but ebay doesn't offer this. I have messaged the seller asking if I can return but if they ignore me I'm stuck. Is there a way you can raise an official return request but use your own shipping method to return? With multiple items like this it doesn't work well. You can choose your own method to ship but not to return its frustrating.
