User is blocked...

So I've been trying to contact someone about an item and user is blocked appeared. I've never seen or heard of that user. I have not done anything wrong and didn't violate any community guidelines. I tested this on other sellers that I never spoke to and it keeps popping up, this is happening with every seller I try to contact. Can I atleast still buy and bid for things..?

There are activity limits for new buyers. Adding a credit card to your ebay account for verification should help.  Details here:

I only use my bank details here and I'm accompanied and ask how to use the site to my dad or something

You're supposed to be 18+ to use ebay but you can use an adult's account with their permission and they are responsible for any problems. So you could ask your dad  to register an account for you to use.

Yeah, this is the one we registered together so I'll ask him as he usually knows what to do here.. I'm quite aware of the age so yes I'm accompanied using this app when wanting to follow up a purchase or something serious. I told him earlier on today and asked me to wait until I'm no longer restricted so it's best I do that

Update: it appears im not blocked from buying as I sent an offer without a problem right now. I've sent too many messages this week and as this is a fresh account eBay restricted it for 24 hourd
