I have just bought an item from the USA and having read the sellers feedback....yes I know I should have read that first...a lot of buyers are unhappy that they have had to pay customs, or import charges on top of the postage the total price of my item is under 15 pounds so I don't know if that may make any difference to import duty....but if I refuse to take delivery of this item
A....does it go back to the seller and
B....can I get a refund from eBay
What I paid in total was a good price but any additional costs make the item very unattractive
