Can anyone help me please.

I cannot get into my account and I have had an email saying my account has been updated.

I didn't do it.

How do I get on to ebay about it.

Their phone lines are shut

Go to Help and Contact at the top of the Page and type in, Advanced Search' that should bring up the Phone and or Live Chat Options. Explain what problems you are having.
