Upgrading to a shop

Will I lose the already agreed insertion fees if I upgrade to a shop?  I have just listed some items but have realised that I am going to have around 200 listings after I started.  Any help much appreciated.

anything listed before you upgrade is charged at the non shop rate,

anything you list after you upgrade is charged at the shop rate
