Hi,  I am writing on behalf of my wife here. She runs a very small charity for rabbit welfare for years and been selling on ebay to raise funds.  Since moving to the managed payments she has nothing but grief.  First she had been asked to update her details with no clear instruction what or where.  Now they came back that the charity number is wrong. In the account I can only see the charity number in the mission statement and this is the correct one.  Now she has available payments sitting there which are not transfered. Granted it is just about 33ish £ it is not a lot but for a small charity every penny counts especially if that is basically the only way to raise fund for us during Covid.  She can now list items but payments are bouncing.  All details are correct, Bank Details haven't changed and we are at an utter loss on how to proceed. She spent hours on the phone to Ebay representatives with no resolution.  Anybody has an idea who could help to get this resolved. Otherwise we might just go and sell somewhere else in the future.  Thank you   Thomas

We are members just like your wife and have no powers to do anything about it.

All you can do is to contact ebay again.

It is frustrating when you know everything is correct

We have had a similar problem with a family members account so do sympathise

( not yet sorted)

They wont accept the bank details yet is it the same one that has been in use

for a long time with paypal.
