Update Account Details Wont Accept My DOB

Not sold on ebay for a couple of months. Went to sell something today but it states my deadline to register for eBay to manage your payments has passed. Tried to register today but it wont accept my DOB, just states enter a valid date in red even though its been input correctly. Can anyone help please?

You will have to contact ebay, you should have been advised months ago that you needed to update your account to sell using Managed Payments.

I suspect it is not just your date of birth that is the problem, your Bank Details needed and ebay has to verify that you are the owner of the account.
