I bought an item from an ebay shop that sell Xmas lights and other stuff, the lights were faulty and he agreed to send new ones out straight away, no problems . However he kept saying they have been posted and stalling for time, then he was going to post again. Nothing ever appeared and as soon as it went pasted the time limit for ebay to step in or to leave bad feedback, he no longer responds to any messages. I offered to send lights back but nothing. Lesson learned, I was even going to buy something else of him just to leave feedback and report him.
