Hello,
I have been left a negative feedback from a buyer that they still are waiting for their parcel. A tracking number indicates that the parcel is waiting for the buyer to pick it up from 07/04/2018 and the message was left by the courier about it. But the buyer did not check the tracking number, even did not write me a message to ask to help track where their package is now. Instead they simply left unreasonable negative feedback, which I do not deserve at all. Please how I can this feedback remove? Many thanks!
