Unsubscribe from Ebay

Does anyone know how to unsubscribe from this site because it keeps going back to the same page, I can't find any link that you can just unsubscribe on.

I think they don't want you leave because they might get a bit more money out of you 

Example, I sold an item for £124 and by the time Ebay took it's lump I ended up with £72. Being as Ebay won't help I'm asking if anyone else can.

Go Here to start closing your account but you wont be able to until you have no listings and all fees are paid.

Your fees are higher than they need to be because you are using reserves on your listings charged at 4% of your reserve price whether the item sells or not.
