Unsold items disappeared

During the lockdown when I haven't been able to relish items, all my unsold items and there were a lot, have disappeared from my page. Does anyone know how I can go about getting the back?

Unsold items are kept by eBay for 60 days, or 90 days if you use the seller hub.

Beyond that you will have to start again.

For future reference I usually start a listing by writing the details in a Word document and saving it to my laptop.

I do the same with photographs, save them to my laptop.

I can then copy the information to a new listing when I need to.

Thank you for that info. I think in the current circumstances they should have left them longer or at least put out a notice. I’ve lost hours and hours of work! Can’t find a way of contacting them either. Thanks for your help...much appreciated
