I recently had an unpaid item. The case is now closed I have been credited with final value fees. However, I want to leave some negative feedback against the buyer but cannot do so once the unpaid item case is closed. I didn't leave feedback as I wanted to give them a chance to pay for the item. On checking the buyer's other feedback it is clear that this has happened on several occasions. I feel as if he is getting away with abusing the ebay system and other sellers shouls be made aware of him. Any ideas on what I can do?
Non payers do not get away with it. Niether the buyer or seller can leave feedback when a non payment case closes.
When the dispute closes they get a non payment strike on thier account
This can stop them buying from many sellers that have their Buyer requirements set to block bidders with non payment strikes
The non payment strike is much better than any feedback
Put them on your blocked bidders list

The sellers that have left a positive dot with negative comment have let them off the hook by not doint the non payment dispute
They also risk being reported and their feedback removed as it is not allowed.
