I've an unpaid item in my purchases. And for the life of me I can't find it!!!

If using the app,  switch to a desktop browser.

 

Go to the Resolution Centre link at foot of most pages,  all cases opened will show there.

 

If you are on the Seller Hub page go to Orders>>  Resolution Centre
