I have an item that sold over a month ago. The buyer arranged to collect it twice but hadn't done so and hasn't paid. I have attempted to contact them but have had no response. Since it's over the 32 day limit I can't cancel the sale or open a case with the resolution centre. Any ideas? I have another buyer but could do without the hassle.
