Hopefully you are still in time to open an unpaid case, as you will have paid sellers fees for this item.
Go to Resolution Centre, at foot of this page, and open an unpaid item case. Close exactly 4 days later and your final value fees will be refunded, the buyer will receive a non payment strike, and you can then relist the item if you wish.
Remember to add the buyer to your blocked buyers list.
