Unpaid case

I have opened a unpaid case on a buyer who has no intentions of paying can I cancel this order and relist  or do I have to wait until the unpaid case finishes before I can do anything ?

@ruby*tuesday  OP has already opened a non payment dispute so I reckon  they'll have to see it through rather than using the new system.

Ebay have started new unpaid system from May, see here:

Use the Link as given by @tobiasd4  as the System has changed since the 1st May. Is also available under Announcements.

You have to wait the full 4 days if you want to get your selling fees back.

IOnce you close the case with no payment made you get an automatic fee credit and the seller gets a non payment strike.

If you close it early ebay will think you've been paid, indeed you will have to tick a box to say you've been paid, and won't get your fees back.
