Unpaid but actually paid

Ebay saying I've got unpaid items however I was paid cash on delivery I've marked as payment paid on the day.
but Ebay still says unpaid and now open a cases. How do I cancel.

EBay does not open "unpaid" cases.   If you are the seller then do you have the "unpaid assistant" operating?

It may simply be an automatic eBay message wwhich will stop after a while

Ask the seller to mark as payment received.

It's confusing [very] but I think o/p is the seller! "I was paid cash on delivery"

lizads24 we are a little confused.....

IF you are the seller then go to More Actions to the right of your sold items. This is a drop down bar where you can mark the items as payment received and also despatched. If you are the buyer ask the seller to do this.

IF you are the seller and done the above and unpaid cases have been opened then this sounds like an Ebay glitch. Go to the cases and see if you can tick the "i have received payment " option and by doing this the case should close.
