Unpaid and collected item

Hi a buyer has not paid or turned up for the item
Was promised yesterday. Have sent 3 messages and has not responded.
What should I do

You can call them,  sometimes talking is more effective than emails,  which may not be read.

 

Go to top right of this page and click on Advanced,  next to the big blue Search.  On the left select Find Contact Information.  Enter the buyer's username ID,  and the transaction item of the item.  Your buyer will also get your contact details.

 

If they do not wish to buy the item now,  then issue them with a cancellation request  ,  right of the item from More Actions drop down menu select Cancel Order,  and select,  buyer requests to cancel.
